Fractional Shares. In lieu of issuing a fraction of a share upon any exercise of the Option, resulting from an adjustment of the Option pursuant to the Plan or otherwise, the Company will be entitled to pay to the Participant an amount equal to the fair market value of such fractional share.
Variations of a "Fractional Shares" Clause from Business Contracts
Fractional Shares. In lieu of issuing a fraction of a share upon any exercise of the Option, Stock resulting from an adjustment of the Option Award pursuant to Section 17.4 of the Plan (as incorporated by herein by reference pursuant to Section 12 of this Agreement) or otherwise, the Company will be entitled to pay to the Participant Grantee an amount equal to the fair market value of such fractional share.
Fractional Shares. In lieu of issuing a fraction of a share upon any exercise of the Option, share, resulting from an adjustment of the Option Performance Based Restricted Stock Award pursuant to paragraph 5.2(f) of the Plan or otherwise, the Company will be entitled to pay to the Participant an amount equal to the fair market value of such fractional share.
Fractional Shares. In lieu of issuing a fraction of a share upon any exercise of the Option, Stock resulting from an adjustment of the Option Award pursuant to Section 17.4 of the Plan or otherwise, the Company will be entitled to pay to the Participant Grantee an amount in cash equal to the fair market value of such fractional share.
