Form of Right Certificates. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Right Certificates shall entitle the holders thereof to purchase such number of one one-thousandths of a Preferred Share as shall be set forth therein at the Purchase Price, but the amount and type of securities purchasable upon exercise and the Purchase Price shall be subject to adjustment as provided herein.View More

Accordingly, this Rights Certificate and the Rights represented hereby are null and void in the circumstances specified in Section 7.6 of the Rights Agreement.
