Fees and Costs. Upon receipt of the Loan, Borrower shall pay Lender an origination fee and a loan maintenance fee collectively of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) for the amounts loaned to date. Upon funding of the remaining One Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($100,000.00), the Borrower shall pay Lender Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) as an additional origination and loan maintenance fee.
