Extent of Services. Extent of Services. The Executive shall devote his full business time, attention, and energy to the business of the Employer, and shall not be engaged in any other business activity that competes with or detracts from the business of the Employer during the Term of this Agreement. Extent of Services. Except as set forth below, the Executive shall devote their entire time, attention and energies to the business of the Company and shall not during the term of this Agreement be engaged, whether or not during normal business hours, in any other business or professional activity, whether or not such activity is pursued for gain, profit, or other pecuniary advantage. Extent of Services. Except for illnesses and vacation periods, the Executive shall devote the Executive's full business time and attention and the Executive's best efforts to the performance of the Executive's duties and responsibilities under this Agreement. Extent of Services. During the Term, the Executive agrees to devote all of his professional and business-related time to the business and affairs of the Company and its affiliates and to use his best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently his job responsibilities.
