Expenses. The Company will reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, entertainment or other expenses incurred by Executive in furtherance or in connection with the performance of Executive's duties hereunder, in accordance with the Company's expense reimbursement policy as in effect from time to time. The Company shall reimburse Executive for reasonable legal fees and expenses which Executive incurs in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement and the attachments hereto.
