Expenses and Vacation. 5.1 Travel and Entertainment Expense. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary travel and entertainment expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder upon submission of vouchers and receipts evidencing such expenses in accordance with applicable Company policies. 5.2 Vacation. The Executive shall be reimbursed for the reasonable business expenses incurred by him in connection with the performance of their duties under this Agreement upon presentation of an itemized account and written proof of such expenses and provided that such expenses are of the type customarily reimbursed by the Company and have been approved in accordance with any procedures of the Company then in effect. 6.2 Vacations, Sick Leave and Personal Time Off.
