Exercise Periods. 2.1 Exercise Period of Option. This Option is considered to be "vested" with respect to any particular Shares when this Option is exercisable with respect to such Shares. This Option will become vested during its term as to portions of the Shares in accordance with the Vesting Schedule set forth in the Grant Notice.
