Exercise of Option. (a) Right to Exercise. This Option shall be exercisable during its term in accordance with (i) the Vesting Schedule set out in the Notice of Stock Option Grant in Part I of this Agreement and (ii) the applicable provisions of the Plan and this Agreement. This Option may not be exercised for a fraction of a Share. (b) Method of Exercise.
