Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior severance agreements, if any, understandings and arrangements, oral or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, provided, however, that any Change of Control Agreement, option agreement, Assignment of Intellectual Property and Non-Competition Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. Schedule of Work: Consultant will provide forty (40) hours per month in Services (or more if requested by the Client, not to exceed 60 hours per month). Entire Agreement. This Amendment, together with the Registration Rights Agreement and all other documents and agreements referenced herein or therein, represents the entire agreement, and supersedes all other prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, among the parties hereto or thereto, or between any of them, with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof.

Entire Agreement. You understand that this Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the Company and you, and, supersedes any and all agreements, understandings, and discussions, whether written or oral, between you and any of the Company Entities.
