Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and preempts any prior understandings, agreements or representations by or between the parties, written or oral, which may have related in any manner to the subject matter hereof, including, without limitation, the Agreement, signed as of November 9, 2010 and effective as of November 4, 2010, as amended as of April 6, 2011, and the Agreement effective as ...of April 18, 2012, and the Agreement effective as of February 5, 2014 (the "Predecessor Agreements"). Entire Agreement. Entire Agreement.
