Entire Agreement. This Agreement, the Employee Confidentiality and Inventions Assignment Agreement that you have previously executed with the Company, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and amend and supersede all prior communications, agreements and understandings, written or oral, with respect to the terms and conditions of your employment.
