Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and cannot be altered or amended except by an amendment duly executed by all parties hereto. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors, assigns and personal representatives of the parties.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the Executive's employment and all related matters, except for the agreements set forth on Exhibit C hereto, which shall remain in effect.

Entire Agreement. This Amendment and the other Loan Documents express the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby. No prior negotiations or discussions shall limit, modify, or otherwise affect the provisions hereof.
