Entire Agreement. This Agreement and any attachments hereto set forth the entire agreement and understanding between the parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior discussions, agreements and understandings of any kind, and every nature between them. This Agreement shall not be changed, modified or amended except in writing and signed by both parties.

Entire Agreement.
