Entire Agreement. The Plan and the Grant Notice are incorporated herein by reference. This Agreement, the Grant Notice, and the Plan constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior undertakings and agreements (including each Prior Option Agreement) with respect to such subject matter.

Entire Agreement. Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Exhibits, documents, instruments and other agreements specifically referred to herein or delivered pursuant hereto set forth the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
