Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement, and supersedes all prior written agreements, arrangements, communications and understandings and all prior and contemporaneous oral agreements, arrangements, communications and understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof.

Entire Agreement. Except as otherwise set forth below in this Section 19, this Agreement and the agreements specifically referenced herein supersede in their entirety all prior agreements between the parties, if any, and all understandings between them, if any, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. As provided in Section 14, Executive will continue to be entitled to the full benefit of the Indemnification Agreement for so long as it remains in effect according to its terms.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be changed or modified except by an agreement in writing signed by the parties hereto. Entire Agreement. This Amendment, together with the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, is the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. Entire Agreement. This Amendment supersedes all previous oral and written agreements related to this modification and constitutes the entire agreement between Borrower and Lender with respect thereto. No provision of this Amendment may be further modified except through the execution of a subsequent written agreement by the party to be charged therewith.

Entire Agreement. The terms and provisions contained herein shall constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to Executive's employment with the Company during the time period covered by this Agreement.
