Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the employment of the Executive by the Company and supersedes all prior agreements, if any, understandings and arrangements, oral or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof including without limitation any non-compete covenant agreed to by the Executive. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts.
