The Executive hereby expressly acknowledges that the restrictions contained in Section 6 are reasonable and necessary to protect the Company's legitimate interests, that the Company would not have entered into this Agreement in the absence of such restrictions, and that any violation of such restrictions will result in irreparable harm to the Company.
