Each of the Company's Affiliates shall have the right to enforce all of the Executive's obligations to that Affiliate under this Agreement, including without limitation pursuant to Section 7 or 8 hereof. No breach of any provision of this Agreement by the Company, or any other claimed breach of contract or violation of law, or change in the nature or scope of the Executive's employment or other relationship with the Company or any of its Affiliates, shall operate to extinguish the Executive's obligation to comply with Sections 7 and 8 hereof.
