Employment. In reliance on the representations and warranties made herein, the Company hereby hires Employee to be its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer working in Wichita, Kansas and reporting to the Company's Chief Executive Officer, and to perform such duties and services in and about the business of the Company as may from time to time be assigned to Employee that are consistent with the responsibilities of a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Employment. (a) Services. As of the Effective Date, the Executive will be employed by the Company initially as its Senior Vice President, Chief Scientific Officer Microbiome, reporting initially to the Company's Chief Executive Officer, and shall perform such duties as are consistent with a position of Senior Vice President, Chief Scientific Officer Microbiome, and other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer from time to time, including overseeing the research, discovery and development activities ...of the Microbiome business (the "Services"). Employment. Effective as of the Effective Date, Employee's employment with the Company is governed by this Agreement. Employee's employment with the Company is at will and not for any specified period and may be terminated by either Employee or the Company at any time, with or without cause.
