Employment Term and Termination. (a) The Employment Period shall continue until terminated upon the earlier of (i) the Expiration Date of this Agreement or of any extension or renewal period; (ii) Employee's resignation with or without Good Reason or Employee's death or Disability or (iii) the termination of the Employee by the Company with or without cause.
