Employment Duties. The Company hereby employs Employee, and Employee hereby accepts employment, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. As an employee of the Company, Employee shall have such duties, responsibilities and authority as are commensurate and consistent with such position and as may, from time to time, be assigned to him by the executive officers (the "Officers") and/or the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company.
