Employment and Responsibilities. During the Term, the Executive shall serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company or his designee, with responsibilities, duties and authority customary for such position. The Executive does hereby accept and agree to such employment.
