Eligibility. Subject to the limitations contained in the Plan, each Employee (i) who has been continuously employed by the Company or a Designated Subsidiary, as applicable, for a period of at least ninety (90) calendar days as of the first day of an Option Period, (ii) whose customary employment with the Company or a Designated Subsidiary, as applicable, is for more than five (5) months per calendar year, (iii) who customarily works twenty (20) hours or more per week, and (iv) who satisfies the requirements... set forth in the Plan, will be an Eligible Employee.
