Effective Date. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be deemed effective as of such date as the Company and the Holder shall have duly executed and delivered this Agreement (the "Effective Date").

Effective Date. The Plan's effective date is the date on which it is adopted by the Board, so long as it is approved by the Company's stockholders at any time within 12 months of such adoption. Upon approval of the Plan by the stockholders of the Company, all Awards issued pursuant to the Plan on or after the Effective Date shall be fully effective as if the stockholders of the Company had approved the Plan on the Effective Date. Effective Date. You may revoke this Agreement for a period of seven (7) days following the day you sign it. If you choose to revoke this Agreement following execution, you must do so in writing, the writing must be received by Diffusion via e-mail to the Company's General Counsel, and it must be received by Diffusion within that seven (7) day period.
