Effective Date and Duration of this Plan. The Plan is effective as of the Effective Date. The Plan will terminate at midnight on the day before the ten year anniversary of the date the Plan was initially approved by the Board, and may be terminated prior to such time by Board action. No Incentive Award will be granted after termination of this Plan, but Incentive Awards outstanding upon termination of this Plan will remain outstanding in accordance with their applicable terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of this Plan.
