Effect of Amendment. Except as otherwise provided herein, all of the provisions of the Original Agreement are hereby ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof remain in full force and effect.

Effect of Amendment. This Amendment will be deemed effective as of the date first written above. Whenever the Agreement is referred to in the Agreement or in any other agreements, documents and instruments, such reference shall be deemed to be to the Agreement as amended by this Amendment.

Effect of Amendment. This Amendment modifies and amends the Lease, and the terms and provisions hereof shall supersede and govern over any contrary or inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Lease. Effect of Amendment. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement or in the Amended Credit Agreement, this Agreement shall not by implication or otherwise limit, impair, constitute a waiver of or otherwise affect the rights and remedies of the Lenders or the Administrative Agent under the Existing Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, and shall not alter, modify, amend or in any way affect any of the terms, conditions, obligations, covenants or agreements contained in the Existing Credit Agreement or any o...ther provision of the Existing Credit Agreement or of any other Loan Document, all of which are ratified and affirmed in all respects and shall continue in full force and effect. Effect of Amendment. Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the Purchase Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.

Effect of Amendment. This Amendment shall form a part of the Business Combination Agreement for all purposes, and each party to this Amendment and to the Business Combination Agreement shall be bound by this Amendment.
