Variations of a "Duties" Clause from Business Contracts

Duties. The Executive will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and will have such powers and duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company with the traditional power and duties of such office in companies similar in size to the Company and such additional other executive level duties reasonably assigned by the Company's Board of Directors (the "CEO").
