Duties and Title. EXECUTIVE's position with COMPANY shall be Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman. EXECUTIVE shall do and perform all services reasonably necessary or advisable to accomplish the objectives of the COMPANY's Board of Directors. EXECUTIVE shall report to the Board. EXECUTIVE reserves the right to resign for Good Reason (as defined below).
