Duties and Services. 2.1 Title and Duties. The Executive shall serve as Chief Technology Officer of the Company and shall perform such duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by the President or the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall report to the President and the Board of Directors of the Company in carrying out the Executive's duties. 2.2 Time.
