Duties and Scope of Employment. (a)Position. For (a) At-Will Employment. Employee's Employment with the term Company is for no specified period and constitutes "at will" employment. Except as otherwise set forth herein, Employee is free to terminate Employment at any time, with or without advance notice, and for any reason or for no reason. In the event that Employee's Employment is terminated for any reason, the Company or its affiliates shall have the exclusive right to participate in or undertake any such opportunity on their own behalf without any involvement by or compensation to Employee under this Agreement.
