Dispute Resolution. Any dispute between the parties regarding any payments made or due under this Agreement will be settled by confidential arbitration in accordance with the JAMS Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The parties are not obligated to settle any other dispute that may arise under this Agreement by arbitration. 17.2 Request for Arbitration. Either party may request such arbitration.
