The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors has delegated to the Chief Human Resources Officer and her designees the authority to administer and interpret the 2021 LTIP, provided that such administration and interpretation is not contrary to the applicable Stock Incentive Plan, this 2021 LTIP, or any determination of the Compensation Committee.
