Definitions. As used in the Plan, the following definitions shall apply to the capitalized terms indicated below: (a) "Affiliate" means, at the time of determination, any "parent" or "majority-owned subsidiary" of the Company, as such terms are defined in Rule 405 of the Securities Act.
