The Company's basis for the processing and transfer of the data is described in the Company's Privacy Notice. Where required under applicable law, personal data also may be disclosed to certain securities or other regulatory authorities where the Company's shares are listed or traded or regulatory filings are made, or to certain tax authorities for compliance with the Company's, the Employer's and/or your tax obligations. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Agreement, if you reside in a country outside the United States or are otherwise subject to the laws of a country other than the United States, the Award shall be subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth in Appendix A to this Agreement and to any special terms and provisions (if any) as set forth in Appendix B for your country. Moreover, if you relocate outside the U.S., the special terms and conditions in Appendix A (applicable to all non-U.S. countries) and in Appendix B (applicable to your specific country) will apply to you, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons.
