Covenant Not to Sue. 12.1 Employee understands and agrees that to the fullest extent permitted by law, he is precluded from filing or pursuing any legal claim of any kind against any of the Released Parties at any time in the future, in any federal, state, or municipal court, administrative agency, or other tribunal, arising out of any of the claims in Section 10 of this Agreement that Employee has waived by virtue of executing this Agreement.
