Counterparts. This Instrument may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which, when so executed and delivered, shall be deemed an original, but all counterparts shall constitute but one Instrument. Delivery of a counterpart hereof by facsimile transmission or by e-mail transmission of a portable document format file (also known as a "PDF" file) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart hereof.

Counterparts. This Agreement and any amendments, waivers, consents, or supplements hereto or in connection herewith may be executed in multiple counterparts (including by means of telecopied or electronically transmitted signature pages), all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same Agreement.
