Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts and when a counterpart has been executed by each party hereto all such counterparts taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Agreement by telecopier, facsimile or other electronic transmission (i.e., a "pdf" or "tif") shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart thereof.
