Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same Agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this agreement by telecopier, facsimile or other electronic transmission (i.e., a "pdf" or "tif") shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart thereof.
