Corporate Opportunities. During the Employment Period and except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement, Employee shall submit to the Company all business, commercial and investment opportunities or offers presented to Employee or of which Employee becomes aware which relate to the areas of business engaged in by the Company Group ("Corporate Opportunities"). Unless approved by the Company, Employee shall not accept or pursue, directly or indirectly, any Corporate Opportunities on Employee's own behalf.
