Consideration. Consideration. In consideration of this Agreement and the release herein, and his compliance with his obligations hereunder, the Company will provide Employee with the following: (i) continue to pay Employee his base salary through the Separation Date, less applicable taxes and other withholdings, payable in equal installments in accordance with the normal payroll policies of the Company.
