Consideration and Revocation Periods. Executive understands that he may take up to 21 days following Executive's receipt of this Agreement to consider this Agreement. Executive understands that he may use as much or as little of this period as Executive chooses before signing the Agreement. If Executive accepts this Agreement, Executive must sign it and return it to Company's Chief Executive Officer on or before the expiration of the 21‐day period.
