Confidential Information Inventions Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Obligations. As a condition of continued employment, Executive must execute and abide by the Employee Confidential Information, Inventions, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement attached as Exhibit A (the "Confidential Information Agreement"), which may be amended by the parties from time to time without regard to this Agreement.
