Confidential Information Inventions Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Obligations. In connection with Employee's continued employment with the Company, Employee will continue to receive and continue to have access to the Company's confidential information and trade secrets. Accordingly, and in consideration of the benefits Employee is eligible to receive under this Agreement, Employee agrees to execute and abide by the Employee Confidential Information, Inventions, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement attached as Exhibit A ("Confidential Information Agreement"), whic...h may be amended by the parties from time to time without regard to this Agreement. The Confidential Information Agreement contains provisions that are intended by the parties to survive and do survive termination of this Agreement and will supersede, prospectively only, the continuing obligations set forth in Sections 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the Prior Agreement.View More
