Complete Agreement. Except with respect to any proprietary information and inventions assignment agreement between the Company and the Employee, this Agreement embodies with respect to the subject matter hereof the complete agreement and understanding among the parties and supersedes and preempts with respect to the subject matter hereof any prior understandings, agreements or representations by or among the parties, written or oral, which may have related to the subject matter hereof in any way.
