Compensation. The Company will pay the Executive as follows during the Employment Term: (a) Base Salary. All amounts payable pursuant to this Section 3(b), if any, shall be paid within no more than thirty (30) days after completion of Addus HomeCare's audited financial statements for the most recently completed fiscal year, but in all events, in the fiscal year following the fiscal year in which the performance occurred, and shall be subject to applicable withholdings and deductions.
