Compensation Timing. Company will pay Contractor the fee set forth in each Project Assignment for the services provided as specified in such Project Assignment. If provided for in the Project Assignment, Company will reimburse Contractor's expenses no later than thirty (30) days after Company's receipt of Contractor's invoice, provided that reimbursement for expenses may be delayed until such time as Contractor has furnished reasonable documentation for authorized expenses as Company may reasonably request.
