Certain Company Remedies. Executive acknowledges that Executive's promised services and covenants are of a special and unique character, which give them peculiar value, the loss of which cannot be reasonably or adequately compensated for in an action at law, and that, in the event there is a breach hereof by Executive, the Company will suffer irreparable harm, the amount of which will be impossible to ascertain.
