Electronic Delivery. This Master Confirmation and any Supplemental Confirmation hereunder may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument, and any party hereto may execute this Master Confirmation and any Supplemental Confirmation hereunder by signing and delivering one or more counterparts. Counterparts may be delivered via e-mail (including any electronic signature covered by the U.S. federal ESIGN Act of 2000, Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, the Electronic Signatures and Records Act or other applicable law, e.g., DocuSign and AdobeSign (any such signature, an "Electronic Signature")) or other transmission method and any counterpart so delivered shall be deemed to have been duly and validly delivered and be valid and effective for all purposes. The words "execution," "signed," "signature" and words of like import in the Agreement, this Master Confirmation, any Supplemental Confirmation hereunder or in any other certificate, agreement or document related thereto shall include any Electronic Signature, except to the extent electronic notices are expressly prohibited thereunder. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, either party may deliver to the other party a notice relating to any Event of Default or Termination Event by e-mail.
