Binding Effect. The terms and provisions hereof shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, the Lenders and their respective successors and assigns. -5- 8. Expenses. The Borrowers shall reimburse the Agent for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection herewith, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees.
