Arbitration. Any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration, conducted by a single arbitrator selected by the Bank (or in the case of arbitration following a Change in Control, selected by the Executive) within fifty (50) miles of Van Wert, Ohio, in accordance with the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.
